Basic Information
Title : Fate / Master
Subtitle : Readvent of the Holy Grail War
Game Genre : New Genre
Available Players : 12
Suggested Players : 6 or more
Game Description : A Holy Grail War fought between 6 Masters and 6 Servants
Game Objective : One remaining master and servant in the game will be victorious.
Diplomatic Relationship : For beneficiary reasons, anyone is allowed to ally with other masters and servants. However, as there could only be one team of winners, they could turn on your back at any time.
Team 1 : 6 Players of Masters
Team 2 : 6 Players of Servants
Covenant Relationship : A covenant (oath) is formed between one master and one servant. In other words, a team of one servant and one master will be formed when the game begins for everyone.

Modes for Character Selection
-Master

All players are allowed to either select/random their masters.

-Servant

Original : Follows the original rule of the Holy Grail War. Only Berserker and Assassin are allowed to be summoned upon will (No randomization). All other servants will remain on the "World of the Heroic Spirits" until they are summoned by a master. Each servant will be summoned by a master depending on the catalyst picked by the master (In other words, this is a partially-random system for selecting teams)

Variance : All servants are allowed to be selected without restriction and they will be summoned to a master of their pick.

Advantages of Each System

Original : Masters are allowed to combat each other in the early stage of the game. Since there will be no interference from the Servants, if a master is eliminated at this stage, this will also result in eliminating a servant. However, this mode requires patience from the servants and the teamwork may not be the best if the masters could not attain a catalyst they wanted.

Variance : All players may select a servant they prefer. However, this does not follow the original rules of Holy Grail War and the roles of the masters become limited.

Game System
1.Only the masters possess the right to be allied with other masters.

2.Servants that is under a covenant with a master will be allowed to chat in game.

3.Chatting with unallied players is possible via the means of scrolling text by facing each other

4.Servant players has the right to betray their master and break the covenant.

5.Master players has the right to deprive the servants' right to betray their own master (Only possible by using one seal of Command Mantra)

6.If a pair of masters become allied, the servants controlled by the masters will be allied as well

7.All players will NOT be able to share vision (Regardless of covenant, allied status)

8.Prana Detection : All players can detect the usage of prana (battle) within the range of 5000 (Cannot detect from inside of houses)

9.Presence Detection : Masters can detect the presence of other masters and Servants can detect the presence of other servants (Range is same as F/A).

10.News Paper : All players will be notified of the current situation of Fuyuki City every morning, such as how many people died.

11.Situation of Fuyuki City : Set the amount of possible casualties to 20 40 60 80 100. The situation of Fuyuki City will vary based on the amount of people killed.
0~20 : Many citizens are present on the streets. Small number of police officers patrol.
20~40 : A normal amount of citizens are present on the streets. Increased number of police officers patrol.
40~60 : A small amount of citizens are present on the streets. A large amount of police patorls along with mages sent from the mage association.
60~80 : Martial law for the city is declared. Nearly no citizens are present on the streets. Police officers, military personnels and mages from the mage association patrol in the city.
80~100 : State of emergency is declared. Police officers, military personnels, high-level mages and exorcists from the church patrol in the city. Government imposes chemical warfare in the city.

12.Global Communication is possible through the Overseer of the Holy Grail War.

13.If an NPC is killed, the killer obtains some mana. However, if the NPC manages to flee to a police station nearby the AOE of 500, the police will start chasing the killer.

14.If a single player kills more than 20 NPC, the church will announce a bounty on the player. One seal of Command Mantra will be bestowed upon the player who manages to kill the bounty target.

15.Weather Effect: During rain, the movement speed of all heroes will be decreased by 10% along with a HP Degen of 2.5 per second. For snow, effects are 20%/5 per second respectively. (Players are not effected by the weather if they are present inside a building.)

16.유닛행동(마스터) : 아이템창에 적용한다.
잠자기 : 15초간 슬립상태에 빠진다. 잠자는 동안은 무방비하며 공격당할시 풀린다. 슬립상태에서는 모든 데미지를 1.5배 받는다. 효
과 : 체력 회복 50% , 마력회복 50% 초당 5%씩 <쿨다운 없음>
도약 : 원하는 지점으로 800만큼 도약해서 피합니다.<쿨다운 30초>
달리기 : 10초간 이동속도 70증가. 효과 완료시 숨이차서 이동속도가 5초간 100감소합니다. <쿨다운 30초>
전화 : 전화 사용.

17.유닛행동(서번트) : 아이템창에 적용한다.
영체화 : 영체화상태로 변한다. 영체화시에는 모든 커맨드가 사용이 불가능하고, 사람들을 통과할 수 있다. 체력회복력과 마력 회복력
이 3배 증가합니다. 스킬란에 영체화 해제 커맨드삽입.
도약 : 원하는 지점으로 1100만큼 도약해서 피합니다.<쿨다운 30초>
달리기 : 10초간 이동속도 100증가. <쿨다운30초>

18.백어택 시스템 : 뒤에서 공격받을시 2배의 데미지를 입게되며 스턴판정0.1초가 있습니다.<평타>

19.전화 시스템 : 마스터 플레이어들은 핸드폰을 가지고 동맹 마스터 플레이어에게 전화를 걸 수 있습니다. 전화를 걸면 신호가 가고, 신호 연결을 동의하면 서로 연락이 가능합니다. 통화중에는 다른 통화는 받을 수 없습니다.<전화시에는 둠상태로 스킬 , 아이템 사용불가능> ESC를 누르면 통화 종료.

20.령주 시스템 : 모든 플레이어는 3획의 령주를 가지고 있다.
-전투령주 : 서번트의 체력, 마력을 풀로만들고 보구 , 아이템 쿨다운을 리셋시킨다.
-엄호령주 : 서번트가 마스터의 500범위 내에 있을때 마스터에게 가해지는 모든 공격을 서번트가 공격 받도록 한다.
-이동령주 : 서번트를 마스터의 5000범위안에 지정해서 강제이동시킨다.
-강제개방령주 : 서번트의 클래스에 의해서 퇴화되었거나, 광화로 인해서 퇴화된 능력을 순간 개방할 수있도록 한다. 단, 본래 능력이 없던 능력을 만들어내는거나 하는것은 아니고 퇴화된 능력을 끌어내는 것이다.
-강압령주 : 서번트 플레이어가 자신을 배신할 수 없게한다.

21.영체화시에 마스터에겐 안보이고 서번트에겐 보인다.

22.신토의 큰 건물 옥상을 언덕화하고 더 크게한다. 입구를 만든후 입구에 들어가면 계단이 나오고 계단필드를 통과하면 옥상으로 갈 수 있게된다. 옥상에서는 모든 시야방해가없는 시야를 가질수있으며, 아래에선 위가 안보인다.

23.마력봉화 : 원한다면 자신의 위치를 적들에게 알리는 시스템.

24.죽을시에 관전자 모드로 전환된다. 관전자는 관전자끼리 대화가 가능하며 귓속말또한 차단된다.

25.마스터를 잃은 서번트는 다른 마스터와 재계약을 할 수 있다.

26.마스터는 서번트를 많이 거느릴수록 마력이 분산분배된다.


※공식 게임 룰
게임도중 승리를 위해서(최후의 1인으로 남는것) 플레이어를 배신하거나 자신의 마스터 및 서번트를 죽이는 행동은 모두 인정한다. 단, 지인끼리의 의리와 우정에 상처가 갈 수도 있음을 명시. 또한 , 귓속말을 사용하거나 맵핵을 사용하는등을 통해서 게임의 재미를 반감시키는건 치트키를 치는것과 같은 행위임을 명심하고 이것을 시스템적으로 막습니다. 또한 막지 못한다면 공식적인 룰로 채택됩니다.

1. 승리를 위하여 아군을 배신하는 것은 가능하다.

2. 귓속말의 사용을 일절 금한다.

3. 맵핵의 사용을 일절 금한다.

이와 같은 룰은 게임의 재미를 위해서도 필요하고, 또한 게임성의 질을 떨어뜨리지 않는 유저들의 차원에서 반드시 필요합니다.





-추가예정
??.관전자들은 관전을 하면서 타이가 도장, 풍운 이리야 성등의 미니게임을 즐길 수 있다.
??.드라마틱 시스템 : 사용자의 체력이 66% 33%에 기준해서 100~66%시에는 1배의 능력을 가지는 보구, 33~66%시에는 1.25배의 능력을
가지는 보구, 1~33%시에는 1.5배의 능력을 가지는 보구를 발동시킬수있다.

Idea Memo
필드에서 적과 조우할시에 화면이동
전투 장면을 묘사한 지역으로 이동해서 싸움. 필드에선 전투중이라고 표시하고 모든 플레이어에게 전투위치 마력감지로 알림.
전투에서 퇴각시에 패널티 부여, 퇴각시 그 전장에서 일정거리를 도주함.
필드의 종류
다리 , 공원 , 운동장 , 시가지 , 골목 , 묘지 , 항구 , 둔치

so lazy i finish translating latah. But to summarize this game up...

This game will IMITATE the ACTUAL HOLY GRAIL WAR as CLOSELY as POSSIBLE.

Lol yeah, if zerk types it goes "******" xD But he can talk for a few seconds if you use a reiju.

I was thinking about that actually, and I'm very certain that there's no way to disable whispers.

The creator will make it an "official" rule to ban all whispers for Fate/Master. Kinda like Metastasis. (Most don't do it, but some fags still might and that is out of the control.)

lawl, make it so that if a servant betrays the master, they get no mana regen (they can only get mana from a skill called STICK PONOS IN VAGOOO!!!) and can only get more mana by killing creeps.
