| Great game, met all my expectations, i liked (or didnt like) how the good, evil and neutral paths weren't so easy to follow. Like you actually had to think about which faction is really the good guys |

| I torrented it for the pc... i hope its just the unupdated 'hacked' one that has the creature glitches... but very hard mode with 1 END and 1 STR is epic hard. |

| | Spoiler: | | | Killing Deathclaw Alpha Males bare handed is such great fun... Btw, NCR is good but corrupt (the Senate, Brahim barons and General Oliver), Caesar is a practical idealist who does not realize that his men follow HIM and not his principles, the Legate is a honorable psycho (he actually accepts to face you in single combat if your alignment is good and he can be persuaded to retreat), House is a chessmaster who actually tries to do the best for Vegas, the Brotherhood is an outdated isolationist organization, the Enclave is mostly dead, with all of the more extremist members and its powerhouse having died (do note that if they do reunite no other faction manages to defeat them, their escape and kill whoever comes after them), the Powder Gangs are common thugs, the Fiends are drug junkies, the Khans are a decadent tribal faction, the Follower of Apocalypse are samaritans and the polar opposite of the BoS, the three families are just gangs hanging to their privileges and the Boomers are xenophobic isolationists who can be changed to accept outsiders through proper influence. |
And Killow, Hardcore Very Hard mode with 1 END and 1 STR isn't that hard... Just max out sneak and energy guns and you should be fine, use companions to carry the loot and take the weapon handling perk so that you fulfill the strength requirment for a plasma rifle, then sneak and snipe away, the only enemies that you will need to lookout for are Feral Ghoul Reavers and Glowing Ones, since they can detect you no matter what. Silent Running, Better Criticals, Finesse, Meltdown and Purifier fit in nicely. Add in Science, Medicine, Speech, Barter and Repair for dialogue checks (starting with 9 INT is more useful than most tend to think and you can grab two implants even with 1 END: 1 endurance implant plus another of your choice, since the bonus END from said implant does count towards increasing the limit). |

| but when you enter a building and get instantly caught and then you instantly die, since the basic rifles do upwards of 50 dmg. |

To be sighted upon entering a building, except hostile with a major faction, is not all that common, and there are a few ways around it. - Companions are valid tanks even in hardcore. - At close range you can get more extreme than a plasma rifle since the str requirments won't really change the accucary, so get creative with a flamethrower. - Combat Armor Mk2 and above offer considerable damage mitigation, add toughnessand/or whiskey with Rose Sharon of Cassidy in your party and high survival skill if you are still getting hurt. - StealthBoys will make sure you are not detected even upon entering. - At 100 stealth, you can literraly sneak in FRONT of a deathclaw. - If you enter with the weapon in hands you can initiate vats sequence before the enemy can pull his gun off and start shooting. - If your shots are not packing enough of a punch, use the recharging ammo donations from the Brotherhood of Steel to craft Max Charge Microfusion Cells, the damage per shot is multiplied proportionally. - If you took Wild Wasteland, use the Alien Blaster to easily dispose of just about any indoors enemy you can find in one shot (better be economic) and the Plasma Defender is also a fair choice. - Even if you spawn right in front of them, the enemies take a split second to detect you, if the VATs is initiated in that instant, the shots will still be triggered as sneak criticals. - You won't find many enemies using high quality rifles on you indoors, so the DT will be fairly effective. - The Meltdown can critical, resulting in an instant chain kill against non boss human opponents. |
